The Flourishing Wellbeing Coaching approach begins with beliefs and identity. By going all the way up stream to the root(s) of the issue I help you discover the health, vitality, and wholeness you desire. We achieve this through a combination of fun and unique approaches including; time line therapy, life coaching, functional nutrition coaching, art therapy, transformational coaching, workshops and retreats, just to name a few.
